Very Important Information
1.  Be at the church with your week long bag of personal items at 6 pm on this Friday, July 11 so that we can pack the trailers.  Pack light, space is limited.
2.  Be at the church with your overnight bag with personal items just for Sunday at 6:30 AM on Satruday, July 12.  We leave at 7 AM.  The congregation will be showing up to pray with us so do not be late!
3.  Include a swim suit if you wish, the hotel we are staying at has a pool.
4.  Money for the trip - the only money you need is what you want to buy souvenirs, your meals are covered.
5.  Meal Money - Each person on the trip will be given $60 for meals.  This accounts for $10 per meal, for 6 meals.  Two meals on Saturday, two on sunday, two on Saturday on the way home.  You are responsible for your money and for all receipts.  Do not lose it.  It will not be replaced.  I have to account for all church money that is spent.  If you buy food, get a receipt.  If you spend all your money on the first few meals, you will not get more for later.  Budget yourself.  This is not spending money, it is not for souvenirs, it is for food for the trip down and back.
6. You will receive T-Shirts for the trip.  Let’s save these and wear them on Sunday.
7.  You will receive a number that each time we do roll call, you will be required to announce to that we know that all 50 of us are present and accounted for.  Please pay attention to this process.
8.  Medications:  If you are going on the trip and you take daily meds and your are under 18, please inform Nick and Don about what you are talking and how often you are to take it so that we can check in with you on a daily basis.
9.  Please love each other.  Our whole objective on this trip is to serve others and one another.  We can not serve if we do not act in loving ways.  Put the needs of everyone else above yourself!
9.  Cell phones…. no gaming, no music on the way down, Saturday July 12 or Sunday July 13.  No cell phones on the work sites or with kids other than to take pictures.  in the evening after chapel you may use your cell phones for communitcation purposes only, no gaming, no music.  On the way home, headphones are acceptable.
10.  Passports/birth certificate…. If you want me to hold them for you, please drop them off to Sarah Rowe on the morning that we leave.  We have to have one or the other or you will not get back into the US.
11.  Please share this link with all your friends, relatives, etc so that they can follow how our trip is going…  http://www.calvarymexico2014.blogspot.com
